Terms and Conditions

Refundable Security Deposit

When booking a cabine, we do not charge cleaning fees, but each guest agrees to pay a refundable security deposit to cover potential cleaning or repair fees.

This deposit will be refunded once:

  • the person responsible for the reservation has completed the visit follow-up form, and
  • the condition of the premises has been verified by a Hébergement Gosford administrator or, in some cases, by another guest staying in the same chalet afterward.

In the event of any damage requiring repairs over the, all associated costs will be billed to the person responsible for the cabine reservation.

A notice of compensation will be sent, and payment must be made within 30 days of receiving this notice. If payment is not received within this period, interest of 15% per year will be applied starting from the date the notice was received.

Anyone making a reservation is required to record any issues or damage on the premises to a Hébergement Gosford administrator upon arrival by writing and with pictures.
